We are looking for a competitive Administrator to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. Administrator duties include booking meetings and events, consulting, selling and doing after service. The goal is to provide high-class customer service, ensure our office procedures run smoothly, and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Key Responsibilities
•Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner
•Pick up incoming phone calls and provide consulting to customers
•Prepare regular reports and presentations
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
•Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
•To determine specific scheduling requirements.
•Build up and retain a long relationship with the client
•Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system
Requirement
•Proven working experience in the financial industry
•Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
•Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•People-oriented and results-driven
•Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
•Solid communication and interpersonal skills
•Basic administration skills
•Able to develop and expand the relevant network
